“Sapori Simplici”

A set menu designed to simply delight your guests with an easy selection, featuring three courses and two main options.

Starter:

Garlic Bread and Schiacciata (Wood oven pizza base with olive tapenade, tomato fior di latte & basil)

Entrée:

Fusilli pasta with Napoletana sauce

Main Alternate Drop: (+$4pp for choice of main)

  • Chicken Kiev filled with garlic butter served on a bed of mash topped with broccolini & creamy garlic sauce

2. Lightly floured Salt and Pepper Squid served with chips, salad, lemon

and tartare

“Convidere”

In true classic Italian style, “convidere” means “to share”, this menu encourages your guests to share food and socialise; the true Italian way, with plenty of food on the table.

Starter:

Antipasto Platters (Selection of Italian delicacies pickled and roasted vegetables, salumi, assorted cheeses, and bread)

Entrée:

Lightly Floured Salt and Pepper squid platters to share per table, served with lemon and tartare

“Classico”

Our “classico” set menu is a crowd favourite, featuring three of our most beloved dishes. Designed to satisfy, it ensures every guest enjoys a delicious and fulfilling dining experience.

Starter:

Garlic Bread and Schiacciata (Wood oven pizza base with olive tapenade, tomato fior di latte & basil)

Fusilli Pasta with Napoletana Sauce

Main Alternate Drop: (+$4pp for choice of main)

1. Pollo Amalfi – Grilled Chicken Breast in a Garlic Creamy Sauce topped with Asparagus & Chargrilled Bacon served with mixed vegetables and rosemary potatoes

2. Barramundi – Grilled & served with a lemon butter sauce on a bed of mushroom & spinach risotto

3. King Island Scotch Fillet Steak – 350gm Scotch Fillet cooked medium, served on a bed of mashed potato, topped with Swiss Mushroom & Sautéed Baby Spinach with a Red Wine Jus.

Elevate your event with “Elegante” – our premium dining experience designed for unforgettable celebrations. Perfect for any occasion, this set menu brings elegance, indulgence, and a touch of sophistication to your gathering.

Entrée:

Fusilli Salsicce – Italian sausage meat, garlic, olives & chilli in a Napoletana Sauce

(Upgrade to White Sauce Spaghetti Marinara +$9PP)

1. Maryland Supreme – Herb infused chicken Maryland served with a chicken glaze, mixed vegetables and rosemary potatoes

2. Atlantic Salmon – Grilled & served with mash & mixed vegetables topped with Asparagus and finished with a drizzle of hollondaise
